An affirmation or manifestation ritual is a structured series of personal steps, typically involving spoken words, gestures, actions, or items, done in a secluded, quiet place and with prescribed sequence. By focusing your mind at will on what you really want, manifestation rituals to help you make positive suggestions to your subconscious mind. When you are actively participating in your manifestation ritual, you are more likely to get what you want. A good manifestation ritual can be tailored to fit the needs of the person performing it. If you are not familiar with the process, here is how it works:
o Develop your own dreams. To begin manifestation rituals, you must identify your dreams so that you can have the deepest understanding of them. This may require you to do some detective work, but it will be worth it to reach your goals. As you learn your dreams, you will be able to tailor them to match your desires.
o Give yourself time to prepare. The key to effective manifesting is preparation. If you don’t allow enough time for preparation, you won’t have enough time for manifestation. To begin your manifestation ritual, set aside at least a half hour or an hour, and then relax and allow your body and mind to relax. You can use relaxation exercises, meditation, or breathing exercises to calm yourself and give your energy the boost it needs to perform the specific steps of your manifestation ritual.
o Turn your attention inward. Many people mistake focusing outward for focusing inward, and therefore, they create their vibrations in the wrong way. Instead of using your imagination, you will use your heart. If you are doing a manifesting ritual, then you already know how to use your imagination. However, if you haven’t learned how to use your heart correctly, then it is imperative that you learn this skill before beginning a manifestation ritual.
o Begin your manifesting ritual with a clear mind. As you work through your daily routines, you will be vibrating out all your negative feelings, as well as all the negative thoughts that are in your subconscious mind. You will also be vibrating all the desires you have inside of you. As you focus on these, you will notice that you can turn your negative feelings, thoughts, and vibrations into positive energy. As you practice performing your daily routines with this positive energy, you will be able to use these vibrations to invite more good things into your life.
o Try to maintain the same feelings and thoughts you would on the summer solstice. When you are performing your manifestation rituals, you will be doing so because of the emotions, stresses, and worries of the summer solstice. Because you are sending out your desires to the universe, you should do so with the same feelings and thoughts you would on the summer solstice. In other words, try to stay calm and happy. Allow your intentions for the world to open up naturally.
o After you have finished your manifesting ritual, you must then complete a to-do list for your activities. This will help you stay on track with your plans and your day-to-day routine. To-do lists should include all of the tasks that must be accomplished throughout the day. It should also contain any extra rituals or intentions you want to perform. Your to-do list should be completely realistic and based on your daily routines.
o You may also want to write down all of your goals. These intentions and desires should have specific times, days, weeks, and months when they need to be completed. Make sure you write down all of your homework, too. You do not want to accidentally forget something when you are trying to manifest your desires. Once you have finished with your to-do lists, you should set aside about an hour to devote solely to your manifesting ritual.
